Sunbelt Staffing is hiring three Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support a local Massachusetts school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full‑time, onsite position serving K–12 students across two school locations. The district is seeking professionals who are collaborative, student‑centered, and comfortable working with a diverse caseload.
Position Details
- Location: North Adams, MA
- Contract Dates: August 28, 2026 – End of June 2027
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 8:20 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Schools Assigned: 2
- Age Groups: K–12
- Student Needs: Autism, developmental delay, communication disorders, SLDD
- Licensure Required: Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Supervision Provided: District will provide supervision as needed (CFY, assistants)
Role Overview
The SLP will provide evaluations, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and support staff. Caseloads include students with a range of communication needs, including expressive/receptive language delays, social communication challenges, and speech sound disorders. Services are delivered across two school sites with a supportive special education team.

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
