The Winder is responsible for:
- Locating data sheets and building an effective coil.
- Ability to match designs to work order.
- Limited defects with an average or above average production.
- Utilizes basic math skills to complete calculations.
- Insists on safety as top priority.
- Professional language and conduct at all times.
- Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Ability to measure and cut to specifications.
- Help team members resolve questions, assist with the workload.
- A dependable and strong work ethic; works safely.
- Profession language and conduct at all times.
- Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
