This position is responsible for creating and managing loads through LTM and following all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
- Receive loads into LTM
- Data Entry
- Inventory management (move units between loads, change stock codes, etc.)
- Facilitate communication between Sales, Transportation, Receiving and Environmental
- Assist with visitor safety
- Scan, fax, copy and sort mail and internal documents
- Keep area neat, tidy, professional
- Assist Environmental Dept. with administrative tasks as needed
- Prioritize tasks throughout day
- High School Diploma/GED, required.
- 3-5 years Microsoft Office experience, required.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Professional language and conduct at all times.
