Electrical Shop Supervisor

As our Shop Supervisor, you’ll be a working leader—applying your electrical expertise while managing a team of a Rental Technician and a Shipper/Receiver. You’ll ensure all rental equipment is operational, organized, and ready for deployment, while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

• Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental Team
• Oversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipment
• Ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipment
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and workspaces
• Coordinate staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines
• Respond to after-hours calls as required
• Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability

Equipment includes: Automatic and manual transfer switches, distribution panels, dry/padmount/substation transformers, cable, motor starters, breakers, splitters, and more across a range of voltages and amperage levels.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician (Journeyman or equivalent)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop or field environment
• Strong background in industrial/commercial electrical work (high and low voltage)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical layouts
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and training team members
• Able to lift/move heavy equipment (100 lbs.), work at heights, and confined spaces
• Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed
