Fleet Management:

Regulatory Compliance:
- Assists Fleet Manager with recordkeeping required for Fuel Tax reporting
- Includes IFTA and state specific fuel taxes (KS, NM, OR, NY, KY
- Assists Fleet Manager with permit renewal
- MCS-150
- Unified carrier registration (UCR
- Haz-Mat (Alliance, GA, CA, WI, CO, TN, IL FL Used Oil, MI Liquid Waste)
- Amber light permits (NV, GA
- Audits driver logs for HOS compliance
- Pays toll bills and maintains billing records for toll allocation (K-Tag and Pre-Pass
- Driver Records
- Runs annual MVR for all company drivers
- Maintains the driver list for insurance purposes
- Maintains Driver Qualification files
- Current DL or CDL
- Medical certification (if required)
- Record of violations
- Accident files
- Training records
- DOT Drug Testing Program
- Assists Fleet Manager with maintaining records related to DOT drug testing program
- Driver Compliance
- Assist drivers with ELD technical issues, including log edits
- Audits driver logs for HOS compliance
- Maintains EFS card program
- Maintains permit books for trucks
- Assist drivers with CDL requirements (fingerprinting, medical exams, endorsement testing)
- Assist drivers with expense reports
- Miscellaneous
- Assists with accident reporting, accident investigations and insurance claims
Qualifications:
- Two years' experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills. Previous experience with MS office preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- At least 2 years' experience preferred.
