What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Sunbelt-Solomon Solutions?
The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Sunbelt Solomon Project Management Team in the coordination and execution of rental quotations and projects, maintaining the highest level of detail at all stages of the process. Working within Sunbelt Solomon’s ERP and CRM platforms, the PC is responsible for the timely and accurate input and maintenance of data. The PC will be responsible for the procurement of vendor information (price, delivery, specifications, availability, etc.) to support the team’s quotation process, execution, and rental logistics.

- AR Invoicing Support
- Other duties as may be required to support the team as required by the Company’s needs.
Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills- Excellent task management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with the SAPB1 ERP (considered an asset)
- Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce experience would be considered an asset)
- Strong computer literacy is essential with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite of products
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams
- High degree of professionalism and maturity
- Ability to take direction and accept responsibility
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours
