With rapid growth and ambitious expansion ahead, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing who thrives in a high-performance, growth-driven environment. This is not a branding or creative role. This is a hands-on, metrics-focuses leadership position responsible for driving marketing numbers to scale.
Job Overview:
Own the Lead-Generation Engine: Build, optimize, and scale all lead channels to hit aggressive appointment targets.
Lead, Manage & Hold the Marketing Team Accountable: Drive performance across: Canvassing, Telemarketing and Digital Branding using KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems to ensure high output.
Build and Scale the Canvassing Program: Implement recruiting, training, routing, and production standards that improve conversion and team performance.
Drive Call Center & Appointment-Setting Excellence: Increase set rates, show rates, and issued appointments. Improve scripts, training, and workforce management.
Support Multi-Location Expansion & Scalability: Build launch models, staffing plans, and lead-flow requirements for expansion into new territories and future $100M growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Optimize Cost Per Issued Lead (CPIL) and Cost Per Sale (CPS).
· Manage performance of direct reports
· Develop recruiting, onboarding, and production standards for canvassing and telemarketing teams.
· Create growth forecasts, lead-flow requirements, and launch playbooks for new branch openings.
· Improve SEO, social media presence, and digital customer acquisition.
· Prepare marketing operations for long-term scalability, including potential M&A brand integration.
· Create, test, and track promotional calls to action—while monitoring competitor positioning.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of marketing or lead generation experience in home improvement, home services, or a similar industry.
- Proven success scaling canvassing, field marketing, or appointment-setting teams.
- Strong operational mindset—KPI-driven, systems-oriented, and process-focused.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to hold teams accountable.
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience strongly preferred.
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In Office)
Pay: $100,000-$110,000 Bonus (OTE $200,000)
