Job Description:
As a 1099 Subcontractor Painter, you will be responsible for completing exterior painting jobs and performing related repairs, such as fascia, stucco, wood trim, and soffit repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting, basic construction knowledge, and the ability to work independently. You must have your own tools, reliable transportation, and meet the necessary qualifications to perform high-quality work in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior painting using Texcote paint products and complete jobs within the specified timeframe (4-5 days per job on average, weather permitting).
- Conduct basic home repairs, including fascia, stucco (required), wood (T-11), trim and soffit repairs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that meet company and customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with each project.
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Must have an active LLC.
- Must have an auto insurance minimum 100K/300K
- General Liability Insurance is required 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 umbrella
- Workers' Compensation coverage is required for helper. Owner can be exempt.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience.
- Experience with basic construction repairs (fascia, soffit, stucco, wood trim, etc.) is required.
- Own painting and construction tools necessary to complete the job.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Completion of a 1-week "Texcote" training program is required to become a certified Texcote painter.

Compensation:
- Average pay per completed job: $4,600-$5,000.00
- Jobs typically take 4-5 days in accordance with Texcote guidelines.
- Annual earnings vary between $234,000.00 and $260,000.00 per crew depending on the volume of completed jobs and work quality.
Training: Candidates must complete a mandatory 1-week "Texcote" training to become certified in using our Texcote paint products.
Must be able to provide a minimum of five addresses of completed paint projects for verification
