Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Broker located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Business Broker will be responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of businesses by determining accurate business valuations, identifying potential buyers or sellers, structuring deals, and negotiating terms. They will also analyze financial statements, create marketing plans for listed businesses, and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales
- Strong knowledge in Business operations
- Financial acumen and understanding of Finance principles
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or similar fields is a plus
