Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling residential solar, energy storage, roofing and more to homeowners looking to SAVE
- Get rewarded for self-generated leads and prospects
- Design each client’s custom solar array and storage solution using state-of-the-art software
- Attend weekly development meetings with your team
- Effectively communicate SUNation’s variety of financing options to clients
- Shepherd deals from start to installation and EARN
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

- Ability to produce at high volume and meet or exceed deadlines.
- 5 Years Sales experience.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Coachable – willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer literate. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma/equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Solar sales experience is a plus.
- Sales experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

- Prolonged walking/standing outdoors while prospecting in residential neighborhoods (including evenings/weekends as needed).
- Frequent driving between neighborhoods/appointments; must be able to operate a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Regular computer/phone work for leads, system design, CRM/admin tasks (typing, mouse use, screen time).
- Sustained speaking, listening, and clear verbal communication for sales conversations, presentations, and financing discussions.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings/trainings and maintain consistent work pace to meet monthly quotas (time-on-task and stamina).
Salary : $35,360 - $200,000
