About the Role:
As our Project Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role in turning creative ideas into real-world builds. Working closely with project managers, designers, and production teams, you’ll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on in the execution of high-impact projects.
What You'll Do:
- Support project managers in coordinating projects from kickoff through completion
- Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment across all phases
- Coordinate with fabricators and installers to track progress and resolve day-to-day needs
- Help monitor quality throughout the production process
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, material delays, or last-minute changes
- Keep project files, schedules, and communications organized and up to date
- Make runs to pick up materials, supplies, and equipment needed for upcoming or active projects
- Provide on-site support during deliveries and installations as needed
- Assist with project adjustments, updates, and follow-ups throughout the lifecycle
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, production, or a related field (or equivalent education)
- Interest in experiential marketing, event production, or fabrication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
- Basic familiarity with fabrication materials and processes is a plus
- Willingness to be hands-on and support the team where needed, including occasional extended hours

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
