Key Responsibilities
Manage HRIS data and processes in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, payroll, benefits, PTO, and other HR-related matters. Partner with cross-functional teams to create a seamless new hire experience. Generate HR reports and maintain documentation. Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives. Provide immigration process support as needed.
Requirements
3-5 years of HR experience. Strong Workday skills, particularly in org management, reports, and employee information. Proficiency in Excel. Bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and service-minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
