Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst Role
We're seeking a talented ERP Analyst to drive transformational initiatives across our enterprise. As an ERP Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working alongside stakeholders from various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
- Coordinate across departments to align ERP functionality with business processes.
- Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure seamless deployment.
- Lead data migration strategies, maintain data integrity, and champion automation.
- Facilitate user training, adoption, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of ERP implementation experience and 10 years in IT system delivery.
- Expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven success with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or GlobalShop.
- Experience in data migration, testing, UAT, and change management.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain is a strong plus.
- Bonus points for project management certifications or experience.
