Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr on W2

Location: Hybrid – Draper, UT

Duration: Contract role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute marketing-driven lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B and enterprise marketing, excels in digital marketing strategy, and is comfortable driving cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

You will manage campaign development from concept through execution, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute omni-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and new opportunities

• Create data-driven marketing strategies that ensure a consistent month-over-month pipeline

• Partner closely with content, events, paid media, and web teams to launch and optimize initiatives

• Manage vendor relationships and maintain a paid media sponsorship calendar to expand lead generation efforts

• Oversee budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI

• Support planning and execution of in-person events aimed at customer acquisition

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation

• Demonstrated success executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Clay is a plus

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret data and make strategic, results-driven decisions
