Sun Valley Resort is seeking a Rental Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our rental operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience across multiple locations. This role manages rental flow, inventory, and administration while driving operational improvements and supporting a dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily rental operations at ski and bike rental locations.

Oversee rental fleet organization, maintenance, pricing, and inventory using RTP and Aspenware systems.

Hire, train, and mentor Rental Floor Supervisors and Tune & Repair staff.

Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and leadership on online reservations and website updates.

Develop efficient scheduling, manage timeclock approvals, and administer commissions.

Analyze rental trends and contribute to purchasing strategies.
Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with RTP, Aspenware, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Ability to manage inventory, staffing, and operational improvements.

Previous experience in retail, rental, or resort operations preferred.
