Job Duties:
- Follows instructions of dispatch and site leader.
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policy and safety standards.
- Properly and safely operates all equipment.
- Reports to work on time and 100% prepared and shows up for ALL SNOW EVENTS.
- Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance on all snow equipment.
- Ensures company production and quality standards are met.
- Ability to be on-call for all snow and ice events, at all hours of the day, 7 days a week.

Desired Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years’ experience operating a plow truck with a straight and/or V blade
- Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record, and have ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to operate a mobile device for time tracking and service documentation
- Physically able to handle labor intensive duties and work long hours (up to 14 hour shifts)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Summary:
Equipment operators must be familiar with all aspects of safely operating a snow plow, skid steer and/or a large front loader. This position is capable of working with minimal direct supervision and can meet production, quality and safety standards, all while maintaining a professional manner.
