What You’ll Do
As a Title Insurance Residential Escrow Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert working alongside our referral partners to guide buyers, sellers through the closing process. You’ll:
- Coordinate all aspects of residential real estate closings
- Prepare accurate settlement statements and closing documents
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Communicate proactively with all parties to keep transactions smooth and stress-free
- Collaborate with our title team to resolve issues and clear title
- Deliver a closing experience that reflects our Core Values and commitment to service

Requirements:
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required), associate's degree (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in escrow/title or related real estate field (preferred)
- Valid Title Producer’s License and Notary Public License (or ability to obtain within months of hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Title Insurance Software (ProForm Select)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
