Opportunity
Sun Title is looking for an outstanding Account Executive to assist with developing new client relationships, servicing existing customers and conducting real estate closings as a notary. Responsibilities include new client development, expanding existing client relationships and conducting real estate closings as a notary signor. The ideal candidate has a “YES” attitude and is highly motivated to have a positive impact on the people they interact with daily, as well as the SE Michigan real estate community at large.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Identify new customer opportunities.
- Conduct real estate closings including notary duties.
- Train clients on new technology tools and adoption.
- Engage with clients to receive feedback and increase engagement.
- Analyze market trends and agent/association feedback to improve thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to maintain cohesive branding and amplify messaging at Sun Title events, including continuing education classes.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in one on one and in group settings.

Education and Experience
- 1-2 years real estate experience preferred.
- Extensive industry knowledge in title or real estate.
- High school diploma or GED required.
