Essential Job Duties
1.Assists with assessing residents’ functional levels and capabilities.
2.Follows resident care plan and provides occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT.
3.Makes recommendations related to resident therapy treatments.
4.Participates in the discharge planning process for residents.
5.Thoroughly documents treatment progress in resident charts in an accurate and timely manner.
