Job Title: Master Planner
DOD (Dept of Defense) / Department of War (DOW) projects
ship required due to program access requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain DOD Clearance
Duration: up to 12 months Contract with possible extensions
Location: Marietta, GA
Work Schedule: 4/10 First Shift, Monday to Thursday 10 hours per day.
Pay Rate: $120 - $130/hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Required Skills:
· Experience with Critical Path
· Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool (primary)
· Must have experience with Microsoft Project (secondary)
· Must have experience with Milestones Professional
· Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including proposal development schedules.
· Cradle to grave project schedule creation experience required (created new schedule from SOW to completion)
· Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
· Experience in schedule control processes, internal & external audits, and project management integration
Job Description:
· This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations.
· Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
· Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
· Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
· Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
· Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
· Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
Desired Skills:
· Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
· Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
· Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
