What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Management Coordinator II position at Sun Street Centers?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or AA plus 2 years experience working in a medical
office, data management, accounting, or office management or approved
combination of experience and education. Experience working with people
in the alcohol or drug addictions field a plus.
DESCRIPTION
To provide comprehensive clerical/secretarial support to the Director, and to
support management team in a specific region or program area. High use of
customer service skills, accounting skills with collection of data and working
in spreadsheets and billing for multiple payor sources. Organization,
confidentiality, and customer service in a client centered substance abuse
prevention, treatment and recovery setting. Ability to communicate in a
considerate and culturally sensitive manner, write letters, make
appointments, take payments, answer phones, take messages, screen and
distribute mail and use a variety of office machines, including computer,
printer, copier, fax and calculator. Must have excellent skills in Excel and
proficient at Microsoft Office - Word, and Outlook.
NOTE: Employees will be required to be fingerprinted, vaccinated
with booster, and will be subject to clearance by the department of
Justice.
