Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Cleaner. The Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal. Other tasks include maintaining restrooms, replenishing supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. The Cleaner will report maintenance issues, organize cleaning supplies and equipment, and follow a cleaning schedule as directed by property management.
Qualifications
- Experience with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices related to cleaning
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning supplies
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating tasks with team members
- Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule
- Previous experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or janitorial roles is a plus
