Responsibilities
- Actively help your new friends achieve and maintain a beautiful, long-lasting tan
- Impress customers with the level of cleanliness and sanitation of our beds and facility.
- Educate clients about our vast selection of lotions and premier tanning beds. Help them find their next favorite bed and lotion to reach their tanning goals.
- Manage inventory and customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with them and understanding their needs
Skills
- Successful previous experience as a customer service representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through training
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills'
