Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with selecting tanning packages and products
- Provide detailed information about tanning options, skincare, and salon services
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Educate clients on proper use of tanning equipment and safety protocols
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records with attention to detail
- Promote ongoing specials, memberships, or promotional campaigns to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures in a salon or spa setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy
