We're looking for an
Operations Data Engineer
with a strong foundation in computer science, data systems, and AI tools to join our
Operations Team
. In this role, you'll integrate systems, build dashboards, and leverage data to drive smarter decision-making across the company.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and integrate
  APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
  to connect systems seamlessly.
• Build
  interactive dashboards
  that deliver clear insights to leadership and operations.
• Leverage
  AI tools and platforms
  to enhance workflows and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and solve business challenges using data.
• Continuously research and apply emerging technologies to
  elevate operational efficiency
  .

What We're Looking For

• Degree (or pursuit of one) in Computer Science
  or related technical field.
• Experience with
  APIs, webhooks, and systems integrations
  .
• Strong skills in
  data visualization tools
  (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn
  AI/ML tools and frameworks
  .
• A problem-solver mindset — resourceful, creative, and collaborative.

Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
