What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Advisor position at Sun River Health?
This position is responsible for providing patient centered care and facilitating patient access to services in a pleasant, knowledgeable efficient manner, communicating with a diverse population using well-developed interpersonal skills. This staff member will be responsible for all aspects of answering telephone calls. They will route calls appropriately and manage appointments. Performs job duties in compliance with systems and job specific standards.
