What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Yard Associate position at Sun Rental Center?
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our equipment rental team.
Job Duties Include:
- Loading and unloading rental equipment for customers
- Cleaning, inspecting, and staging equipment
- Basic equipment checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, damage)
- Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe yard
- Assisting customers with equipment pick-up and return
- Occasional deliveries or jobsite pickups
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift heavy items and work on your feet
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus, not required)
- Forklift experience helpful (we can train the right person)
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
