Sun Realty’s Housekeeping Department is now hiring seasonal Cleaners and Inspectors across multiple locations, including Avon, Salvo, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Duck, and Corolla.
Enjoy flexible hours and competitive pay (weekly payroll). Cleaning supplies will be provided. With over 45 years of experience, Sun Realty is a trusted leader in vacation rentals, serving over 18,000 families annually!
- Earn up to $350 per turnover day as a Cleaner with additional pay for seasonal deep cleans.
- Inspectors earn $19.00 per hour.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Strong attendance, punctuality & attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
