Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee single-family residential properties. As a Property Manager at Sun-Pro Realty and Management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of single-family and multi-family properties and provide a single point of contact for owners within a certain portfolio.
You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the value of these properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of property management principles.
Responsibilities
- Owner Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing their concerns, property maintenance, and lease-related matters. Provide weekly reporting for leasing, maintenance, and residential activities within the portfolio to include, delinquency, vacancy, move ins, move outs, renewals.
Property Maintenance:
Oversee scheduling for property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues across the portfolio.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed to ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
Financial Management:
- Collect rent payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded across all portfolios.
- Manage delinquency, prepare, deliver, and manage legal notices and action.
- Review and approve property related expenses
Residential Management:
- Oversee all resident services and provide timely support for resident inquiries, concerns, and requests to the resident services manager.
- Monitor lease compliance, renewals, and ensure a smooth turnover process.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management for single-family and/or multi-family properties.
- Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in property management software
- Google Suite experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
