Landscape Maintenance Crew Member – All-Electric Equipment
We are currently hiring for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position performing lawn care and landscape maintenance using all-electric equipment—no gas, no fumes, and quieter tools that are better for you and the environment.
Pay: $19.00/hour
What You’ll Do:
As a Crew Member, you will work as part of a team to maintain residential and commercial properties by:
- Mowing lawns using all-electric equipment
- Weeding, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
- Clearing leaves and debris
- Assisting with mulch installation
- Assisting with plant and shrub installation/removal
- Assisting with sod installation
- Following directions from the Team Lead to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of lawn care or landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:
- 4–5 days per week, weather permitting
- Work hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Some Saturdays required during poor weather weeks
- No Sundays
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Random drug testing may be conducted
- Breathalyzer testing may be required if there is reasonable suspicion
