Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Plumber to diagnose plumbing issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell plumbing services and products. The ideal candidate has strong technical plumbing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and commercial plumbing systems to identify problems.
- Explain plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
- Prepare accurate estimates and present service recommendations to customers.
- Sell plumbing services, maintenance agreements, and related products.
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance as needed.
- Build trust with customers through professional and honest communication.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, estimates, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
- Keep service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Service Titan experience.
- 5 years of plumbing service experience preferred.
- Proven sales or upselling experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
