Role Overview
The Marketing Producer will be responsible for creating high-quality creative assets that inspire customers and reflect the Sun Noodle brand. This role blends content creation, visual design, and production project management. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure our brand shows up consistently—from digital to retail to trade activations. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, organized, energized by creating, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling marketing assets (e.g., posters, banners, brochures, trade collateral, menus, and event materials)
- Plan, create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media and campaigns
- Capture on-site content from events, activations, and partners
- Build social media posts, templates, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage creative assets and file organization to ensure easy access and team alignment
- Support packaging design development and versioning across product lines and markets
- Ensure brand consistency across all content, materials, and touchpoints
- Develop marketing toolkits and reusable templates tailored to specific initiatives (e.g., retail demos, restaurant launches, university programs)
- Adapt assets for different channels, retailers, and partners
- Support new product launches with content, packaging updates, and campaign materials
- Support updates to the website including content changes, visuals, and landing pages in alignment with brand guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, R&D, operations) to gather insights and execute strategic priorities
- Coordinate timelines, feedback processes, and approvals with stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of marketing content creation and/or design experience (CPG or food industry a plus)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalent creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Canva Pro)
- Strong video production and editing skills
- Experience developing assets for social and digital platforms
- Familiarity with packaging design and printing processes preferred
- Experience with basic website editing or CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) is a plus
- Ability to quickly translate feedback into refined deliverables
- Strong attention to detail, visual polish, and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while staying organized
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
