Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their solar projects.
· Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their installations.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Solar Support:
· Organize and manage installation data accurately.
· Assist with scheduling and coordinating solar installations.
· Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
· Collaborate with the installation team to track project progress and address any issues.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
