Job Summary
We are seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for approximately 110 employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused golf industry environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting computers, printers, network infrastructure, and business software, while delivering timely, friendly, and support to end users. Proactively ensuring the stability, security and performance of company technology systems. This role requires a high degree of independence, professional judgement, and the ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues without direct supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
End-User Support
• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in person, by phone, or remotely
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalated technical issues
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup, user accounts, access)
Hardware & Devices
• Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware
• Maintain printers, scanners, and label printers
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and replacements
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Network & Infrastructure
• Support and maintain the company’s local network
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Assist with basic network configuration and documentation
• Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors
Software & Systems
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other primary business applications
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
• Assist with user account management
Security & Best Practices
• Follow and help enforce IT security policies
• Assist with endpoint security, backups, and patching
• Educate users on cybersecurity awareness
Documentation & Improvement
• Maintain system documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency
• Assist with small IT projects
Required Qualifications
• 2 years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting a small to mid-sized business
• Familiarity with POS, ERP, WMS or industry-specific software
• Relevant IT certifications
• Interest in golf industry
Physical Requirements
• Occasional after-hours support
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
