What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Sun Mountain Fun Center?
We are ACTIVELY seeking a Supervisors to join our team! If you have restaurant or entertainment experience, this may be the job for you!
Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
- Supervising associates in various zones of the business
- Oversee Guest services and execute service recovery
- Train and manage Team Members
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet venue needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in management, food service, bowling or other related fields
- Previous bowling experience and/or strong bowling knowledge preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
· Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
· Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 8-hour shifts
· Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English
· Lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
· Reliable transportation
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
