Paint Protection Film & Window Tint Installation Technician — Sun Motor Cars
Sun Motor Cars is seeking a motivated, detail-driven technician to join our Recon Team installing paint protection film (PPF) and window tint on new and pre-owned vehicles.
What you'll do
- Prep, measure, cut, and install paint protection film and window tint to dealership and manufacturer specifications
- Perform surface decontamination, paint correction, and polishing prior to install
- Inspect finished work for lift, edges, contamination, bubbles, and alignment — every panel and every window gets signed off before it goes to a guest
- Support recon detail operations as needed: wash, wax, buff, engine and interior cleaning
- Maintain a clean, organized install bay and protect every vehicle in your care
What you bring
- PPF installation experience required; XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar training a strong plus
- Window tint installation experience strongly preferred
- Automotive detailing experience required
- Experience with high-line vehicles desired
- Steady hands, sharp eyes, and pride in work that's invisible when it's done right
- Valid driver's license required; ability to drive a manual transmission preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certification level.
