What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the personal loan process
- Process loan applications and manage account payments
- Follow up with customers to support repayment and build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending guidelines
- Meet branch goals in a team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service, retail, sales, or cash-handling experience
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a small branch setting
- High school diploma or GED required
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov-Mar, rotational)
- Some overtime may be required
- No Sundays!
