Surgery Scheduler
We’re looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join our team and support our providers by coordinating hospital-based surgeries and in-office procedures. This role is fast-paced and detail-heavy, but incredibly rewarding if you enjoy helping patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do

Schedule surgeries and in-office procedures according to provider schedules and hospital block times

Obtain insurance authorizations and verify benefits/copay amounts

Coordinate pre-op requirements, including clearances and pre-op visits

Communicate with hospital OR schedulers about equipment and product rep needs

Keep patients updated and supported throughout the entire process

Serve as a key link between providers, patients, and hospital teams

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred

Healthcare front office or receptionist experience helpful
