What You’ll Do:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

Verify patient information and handle co-payments

Schedule appointments and route calls/messages to the right staff

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical releases

Support Outreach and Enrollment staff when needed
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
One year of customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare
-
Bilingual preferred
