Role Description
This is a remote contract opportunity for a Remote Travel Planning Advisor.
In this role, you will assist clients in designing and coordinating personalized travel experiences from start to finish. You will work directly with clients to understand their preferences, recommend destinations and travel options, and manage bookings including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities.
You will also collaborate with travel partners, maintain client communication, and ensure each trip is well-organized and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, and budget
• Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs
• Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation accurately
• Stay informed on destinations, travel updates, and supplier offerings
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interest in travel planning and client support
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is a plus.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
