Location: Phoenix, AZ (Locals preferred, Day 1 Onsite).
Job Description:
- 7 years of experience in digital product development / product management, with proven success delivering impactful features and products.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and technical skills, excited to tackle complex problems, make tough decisions, and drive initiatives forward.
- Passion for creating best-in-class products and experiences with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent partnership skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners.
- Ability to build, maintain and prioritize a product backlog.
- Foundation data skills (Table Building, Querying/SQL etc.)Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
- Ability to effectively adapt under changing task priorities and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAFe Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian Suite, and Slack.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/
information technology is ideal. - Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap for migrating risk functionality from the legacy authorization platform to the new authorization system and/or network layers.
- Identify modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, performance improvements, and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.
- Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Required 5–8 years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, platform modernization, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Define your product vision and your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partners.
- PM/POData Analytics, Data transformation SQL Stakeholder management Rally, JIRA, Confluence, Reporting Product vision and priorities.
Salary : $45 - $50
