Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 12 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights, and experience working with large datasets in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Create ad hoc reports and conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Document data definitions, processes, and reporting methodologies.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools.
Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, retail, or other enterprise environments.
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
