Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally
Pay: $23.00-29.00 hourly, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing: Performing routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You'll represent the company with professionalism, provide a positive customer experience, and help identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
- HVAC training or education strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
