Key Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs
- Present customized HVAC system recommendations and solutions
- Educate customers on equipment options, efficiency benefits, and investment value
- Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
- Create accurate proposals and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- HVAC industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
