- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Follow desktop procedures to check-in and check-out guests
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Clean lobby and areas around the front desk
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
