Warehouse Operations Manager

Sun Door and Trim, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a sharp, driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehousing team and help fuel our growth. This is a rewarding, boots-on-the-ground leadership opportunity where your strategic mind and hands-on know-how will make a major impact!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• A competitive salary, depending on experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave

WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT:

Sun Door and Trim, Inc. has been in business for over 35 years now and we pride ourselves on remaining true to the values we were founded upon! Our team of talented, hard-working professionals is dedicated to delivering every project as promised, without fail. Some of our company's focuses include building lasting relationships with employees and suppliers, doing business with honesty, integrity, accountability, and responsiveness, striving for continuous improvement, and providing a safe work environment.

WHAT IMPACT YOU MAKE:

As our Warehouse Operations Manager, your day begins by touching base with the warehousing team and aligning delivery schedules with the project coordinator and superintendent. You manage and support two direct reports-approving timecards, guiding daily workflows, and stepping in with answers and solutions when needed. Your phone is your power tool, as you confirm purchase order details, coordinate with manufacturers, and track shipment timelines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You keep an eagle eye on pricing accuracy, review order acknowledgments, update manufacturer price books, and coordinate with accounting on invoices. Throughout the day, you're problem-solving-whether it's damaged material claims or routing the driver efficiently for the next delivery. You bring calm to the chaos and lead with a mindset of safety, efficiency, and service.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Some on-call coordination may be required for deliveries, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional off-hours.
