Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our Luxury RV Resort located in Caldwell, Idaho. This is a Weekend Position and requires availaility on Saturday and Sundy 9am to 5pm. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for guests while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, check guests in and out of their site, stock and inventory store items and general systems operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment. Can also apply in person at 213 Aviation Way, Caldwell Idaho.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel welcome
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Make future guest reservations for all incoming guests.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly throughout the day
Qualifications
- Excellent Guest Services Skills
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new productivity software tools
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, customer support, or as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
