Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of landscape features including concrete work, planting trees/shrubs, and irrigation systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as directed.
- Support planting activities by identifying plants, preparing soil, and ensuring proper placement for aesthetic and health purposes.
- Perform strenuous manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, walking, and hauling debris.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Help with irrigation system installation, clock programming and other irrigation modifications to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or construction preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment operation required.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery, with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscape installation.
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
