Who we are looking for:
Must have experience:
- A minimum of five years of superintendent experience in multi-family construction or a related field
- Proficient with construction management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow both written and verbal direction
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, oversee and schedule all aspects of construction, from planning to implementation to completion
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Work smoothly and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subs, city and county officials, and so on
- Ensure that the requirements of the project plans are met
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team
- Maintain comprehensive project records including daily field reports, field orders and RFIs
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate weekly on-site safety meetings and ensure company and industry safety standards are always enforced on-site
- Hold weekly on-site scheduling meetings with trades
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, telephone)
· Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry and document handling
· Required to stand, walk, bend, or reach
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
· Visual acuity to read and produce documents, spreadsheets, and reports
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
· Position wears PPE
