Role Description
Sun Com Mobile is seeking a dedicated District Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Edinburg, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations, drive sales performance, develop strategic initiatives to meet business goals, and mentor store managers to enhance their leadership and sales skills. Other responsibilities include monitoring KPI performance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a customer-focused culture within your assigned district.
